H2020 Research Manager in GFT received a degree in Mathematics at the University of Genoa in 2000. Immediately after her University Degree, she joined TXT e-solutions where she has been working on several international projects from the beginning of her. During this period, she has been involved in several IST (6FP and 7FP), Growth and eTen projects in different areas from eHealth (WardInHand project) to manufacturing (KFLOW and E4 projects), from eProcurement (SETs project) to ICT security (SHIELDS project). In 2008, she was one of the facilitators of the eProcurement Forum at ePractice. Then she joined Piksel where she worked as Project Manager taking over the responsibility of i2web project which deals with eAccessibility in Web2.0 and IPTV domain, and Linda (Enabling Linked Data and Analytics for SMEs by renovating public sector information).
She is actually responsible for Horizon 2020 funding research in GFT Italia. She managed OSMOSE project: OSMOsis applications for the Sensing Enterprise and AEGIS project: Advanced Big Data Value Chain for Public Safety and Personal Security and she coordinated WEKIT project: Wearable Experience for Knowledge Intensive Training focused on the experimentation of augmented reality in training enhancement.
The most relevant competencies developed so far include IT solutions design for the extended and liquid enterprise, IoT, knowledge management and ontologies, business process management and SOA architectures, mobile payment.
